Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice you see before confirming your order. All orders over $100 automatically get free shipping. Please note that many of our products ship in 1-2 weeks.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want your experience with us to be exceptional. We'll immediately refund your money, no questions asked, if you are unsatisfied for any reason. However, we do ask that you let us know why you're unhappy so we can continue to improve our customer service.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

A: Malcom's Miracle is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@malcolmsmiracle.com with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line. You can also click the "Unsubscribe" link in the emails.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: YES! We are happy to service our international customers. Please note all prices are US Dollars.
